I also play bass, ukulele, mandolin and, believe it or not, some drums! Vocals are all by me but I had help with the high harmonies from Lynn McDermott.
There is some classical guitar on there too. So what does this album sound like? Well.as many of you already know, I play all styles of guitars electric 6 and 12, acoustic 6 and 12, so the songs definitely twang and jangle. There may be some limited edition vinyl if there’s a demand for it but for now formats are CD and download It’s available to pre-order from October 1 and scheduled for general release on November 1 via Pulse Records. I recorded it over four sessions from May – September at the Motor Museum studio’s in Lark Lane Liverpool. It’s a solo project this time, featuring 11 tracks, and my 10th studio album.
